A Return To Wholeness

To recover means returning to a state of health and strength or finding something that was lost. TJ defines recovery as the process of reclaiming ourselves from unresolved trauma, spiritual disconnection, and toxic shame.

In this Wholehearted Special TJ Woodward shares stories that are similar to many of ours. What we experienced inside our childhood home did not match the actions and messages we experienced outside of our home. When authenticity, safety, and connection are absent we seek behaviors, substances, and beliefs that numb and protect us from those wounds. However, these unhealed wounds unconsciously affect how we act out our lives.

Recovery is a process, but TJ wants to remind us that a return to wholeness can be an instantaneous experience that begins with a fundamental shift in how you see and relate to yourself.

We hope you find this presentation helpful, and we encourage you to share this with others that need to hear this message.

Thank you,
AJ Foxx, the Wholehearted Publishing team, & TJ Woodward
